23 Birmingham small businesses benefit from Magic City Match and Open for Business grants and services (Bham Now)

Magic City Match, led by Rev Birmingham and Prosper, awarded grants to eight businesses, while Open for Business, led by Rev Birmingham and the PNC Foundation awarded grants to fifteen entrepreneurs.

Acclinate raises $7 million (Birmingham Business Journal)

Acclinate, a company dedicated to improving diversity in clinical trials, closed a $7m Series A funding round led by Cencora Ventures with participation from Labcorp and Latimer Ventures. Acclinate will use funds from this financing round to accelerate their expansion and to further develop their Enhanced Diversity in Clinical Trials (e-DICT) platform.
