We offer many of our services to the community for free. The reasons we do this are two-fold: 

• In order to be successful, the Birmingham entrepreneurial community, as a whole, needs to be successful. We need an abundance of funded start-ups in order to grow. To the extent that we can leverage our talent and network to help companies move quickly, we can and will help. We are happy to meet — without charge — anyone interested in undertaking an entrepreneurial endeavor. We can help on a no-charge basis with strategy (working through the business plan), service provider recommendations. and accountability. If interested, you can fill out our initial engagement survey.

• We want to develop a relationship with entrepreneurs to ensure the match is right. Our engagements only become paying arrangements when the match is right for both us and the entrepreneur and their organization. By helping out people in the beginning, the entrepreneurs learn about us, and we learn about the entrepreneurs. Only when the relationship is mutually beneficial does it make sense to have deeper engagements where we are excited about adding value to the organization, and the entrepreneur is excited about paying for that expertise.
